Our farm-to-fork meat comes from our own herd. We process two to three pastured raised /grass-fed goats to sell at a time to keep our meat fresh. All our meat is sold by the cut. Our goats are taken to a local meat processor in Mirco, NC, for processing. The meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen by our processor in a 2Ibs portion package. Packages are sold by weight and package weight will vary slightly.
